FUSIONE LLC ("Fusione", "we") retails food in specialised and general stores, bakes bread and pastry, operates a restaurant and provides catering. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Orders and bookings
Name, phone, delivery address and order details, kept for 6 months. Allergy information is used only to prepare your food.
3. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, consumer protection, tax), legitimate interests (security; cameras marked with signs, kept up to 30 days).
4. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
5. Cookies and images
This website does not use tracking cookies. Photos are loaded from a third-party image service, which receives your IP address when images load.
